Owners Todd and Mitzi Spann have more than 25 years of combined experience in the Home Building Industry. We strive for the best in quality at the most economical price possible.

TODD SPANN

Todd started in construction as a boy, taking construction trade courses in high school. When Spann Builders was started, Todd was responsible for running a framing crew and framing homes for many other contractors. He has the unique ability to see things as they can be built.

Todd works well with people and enjoys helping his customers to understand the building process. He strives to help our customers have a great building experience. He is a family man and in his free time enjoys fishing for bass and spending time with his family. He was born in Dickson, Tennessee, and has lived in Dickson County his entire life.

MITZI SPANN

Mitzi started in the building industry early in life working in her father's construction company. She is very active in the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee and currently serves as regional President for Middle Tennessee. She is very active in lobby efforts to help keep down the cost of housing and has the belief that anyone seeking the American dream of home ownership should have that opportunity.

Mitzi is a graduate of the Leadership program set forth by the Dickson Chamber of Commerce and is active on the alumni board. She has made it her mission to be a quality builder and continues to stay active in helping her community and the industry. She was also born and raised in Dickson County.
